Elements Festival Offers Wellness, Art and Community Beyond the Music

Elements Music & Arts Festival is redefining what an electronic music festival can be. The Pennsylvania event has built an extensive ecosystem of wellness spaces, interactive art and experiences that complement the music.

Since its 2013 Brooklyn waterfront beginnings, Elements has evolved significantly. The festival now operates under a philosophy of encouraging exploration and discovery, creating what organizers describe as ‘a boundless arena of creativity, connection and adventure.’

In recent years, more festivals have recognized the importance of having spaces to get away from the music, places to relax and recover before a night of dancing. At Elements, there is no shortage of curated spaces to relax and recover.

The Zen Den serves as an onsite spa, offering 30-minute massages, facials and contrast therapy featuring sauna and cold plunge experiences. Festival organizers also provide IV drips and vitamin shots for recovery between performances.

The Healing Garden and Wellnest areas host yoga sessions, sound healing workshops and experiences focused on crystals and chakras. The festival includes a Full Moon Ceremony on Saturday evening where attendees can participate in collective energy work.

For those looking for a different kind of relaxation or simply want to enhance their festival appearance, the Unicorn Lounge and Unicorn Salon offer professional beauty services from hairdressers and makeup artists.

Keep in mind that some experiences require scheduling appointments in advance. You can use the links below to book your appointments prior to the event.

Elements features large-scale art installations designed for interaction rather than just observation. This year attendees can expect to see new and returning interactive art installations throughout the venue.

The TeeterMAZE, an interactive marble labyrinth by artist Josh Cohen that was previously featured at Electric Forest, and the True Mirror experience will be returning this year. New installations include the Hall of Faces, Portal to Air and Neon Trees.

The Vibe Villages program offers a unique take on group camping, allowing groups of 15 or more to create themed camps within the festival grounds. The villages are broken up into four distinct sections, each named after the four elements.

Fire Village contains experiential camps with sound systems and interactive art. Earth Village features immersive and interactive spaces. Water Village welcomes groups focused on decorative themes. Air Village provides space for large groups seeking community.

Within the Fire Village there will be several returning sound camps including Philadelphia-based Solar Sounds, Moon Rocks and New York’s RENEGADE, which hosted performances by Tape B and Disco Lines on their mobile U-Haul stage in 2024.

No festival is complete without unique food offerings. Elements has partnered with local farm, Pocono Organics, offering experiences that go beyond typical festival fare.

The Disco Brunch add-on is a buffet-style dining experience paired with disco DJ sets. It operates Saturday and Sunday with locally sourced ingredients in collaboration with Pocono Organics. Tickets for the Disco Brunch can be purchased here.

Nonna’s Italian Kitchen provides three-course family-style Italian meals Friday through Sunday, featuring spaghetti and gravy, ratatouille and tiramisu with entertainment from Cirque-tacular Productions and live DJs. Tickets for Nonna’s Italian Kitchen can be purchased here.

In addition to the elevated dining experiences, the festival maintains a 24-hour food court with healthy and organic options, including vegan and gluten-free choices from local vendors.

Elements has carved out its own space in the festival landscape. From wellness experiences to interactive art installations and a one-of-a-kind group camping experience, Elements has a lineup that expands far beyond the music this year.

Elements takes place Aug. 8-10 in Long Pond, Pennsylvania. Both GA and VIP weekend passes are on sale now along with all add-on experiences. Visit elementsfest.us for more info.
