Electric Forest Unveils Initial Lineup for the 2026 Return to Rothbury

Electric Forest has released its initial 2026 lineup, announcing the first 100 artists who will perform in Rothbury, Michigan, from June 25-28.

The electronic side features ILLENIUM, Excision, KASKADE, GRiZ, and Chris Lake, Excision, KASKADE, Disco Lines , sammy Virji, and ISOxo, while jam band veterans The String Cheese Incident will perform multiple incidents including a special Shebongle Shebang. GRiZ returns for two performances including a Chasing The Golden Hour set, marking his first Electric Forest appearance since 2022 following a musical hiatus that began in 2023.

The 2026 lineup continues to bring unique blends, from DJ Diesel and T-Pain teaming up for a bass-focused back-to-back DJ set to U.K. producer Sammy Virji and Chicago trio Levity bringing their distinct house flavors.

For the bass heads, the lineup will not disappoint, bringing Daily Bread, Vincent Antone, Nitepunk, Ravenscoon, Mary Droppinz, and Wooli. Belgian duo Ganja White Night and ISOxo deliver dubstep and trap, while drum and bass continues its U.S. explosion with Andy C, Ivy Lab, and Wilkinson.

House and techno representation includes Purple Disco Machine, Disco Lines, Odd Mob, Devault, SIDEPIECE, and Madeon. Bob Moses will perform a club set, while MPH and Oppidan add U.K. garage to the mix.

Beyond EDM, the festival continues its tradition of blending jam bands and experimental sounds. Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country fuses roots and psychedelia, while hyperpop duo Frost Children and Underscores bring digital chaos.

Mexican disco-electronic pop group Midnight Generation returns after their 2025 debut, joined by Polish electro-pop act Łaszewo. Sam Gellaitry and SBTRKT will perform DJ sets, while Couch, Bipolar Sunshine, and indie-pop trio Night Tapes bring songwriting-focused performances.

For weeks leading up to today’s announcement, organizers created a multi-layered scavenger hunt with poems, riddles, and cryptic social media hints that sparked intense speculation across Reddit and group chats.

During the lineup announcement, EF Radio brought the community together to reveal the lineup. Festival fans called in throughout the broadcast leaving voicemails with their artist wish lists; those messages were used to roll out the lineup artist by artist on Monday morning. The excitement extended beyond the stream, with the festival’s subreddit and Discord server lighting up as each name was confirmed. The broadcast wrapped with a specially curated mix featuring tracks from artists on the 2026 bill.
