Bandcamp Launches Three New Radio Shows Including Dedicated Electronic Programming

Bandcamp has launched three new genre-specific radio shows this spring, adding dedicated electronic, indie, and gaming programming to a platform that has had its own radio presence since 2013.

The original Bandcamp Radio ran as a single weekly show, rotating through whatever was new and interesting on the platform. The new additions each have their own dedicated host, day of the week, and focus, pairing in-depth artist conversations with music from each guest’s catalog and influences.

Bandcamp Electronic debuted Feb. 25 with Emily Dust as host. The first episode featured Norfolk producer Nathan Fake, whose seventh album “Evaporator” came out the same month, alongside Vienna’s Electric Indigo. Electric Indigo has been performing since 1989 and founded female:pressure in 1998, the transnational network for female, non-binary and transgender artists in electronic music.

Scratchclart, the London producer who returned to Rinse FM, a London community radio station, with a Monday residency in 2025, joined Bandcamp Electronic to discuss “Stop Making Edits Vol. 1.”

DJ Marfox followed to talk about “DJs Di Guetto Vol. II.” Marfox pioneered batida, the Afro-Portuguese dance music from Lisbon’s housing estates that blends kuduro with house and techno. Bandcamp Electronic runs Wednesdays, alternating biweekly with The Indie Show.

Mariana Timony, senior editor at Bandcamp Daily, launched The Indie Show on March 4. The debut featured John Dwyer, the prolific songwriter behind Osees, discussing Damaged Bug, his solo project. In the weeks since, the show has covered acts including U.K. duo Memorials and poet Joshua Idehen.

Zoe Camp, also a Bandcamp Daily editor, hosts The Game Show on Mondays. The show premiered March 30 with The Holophonics discussing their “Parking Garage Rally Circuit” soundtrack, an instrumental record composed by Eric Daino and released in February 2026. The format centers on composers and developers working at the intersection of music and games.

Hip hop, metal, and interview programming continues alongside the new shows. Stoney Creation hosts the hip hop show on Fridays, alternating with Brad Sanders’ metal-focused program. Tina Edwards and Aly Gillani host Bandcamp Selects, a weekly interview show, also on Mondays.

All shows are available at bandcamp.com/radio.
