Alesso and Becky Hill join forces on new single “Surrender”

Swedish DJ and producer Alesso and UK dance sensation Becky Hill released their collaborative single “Surrender” via Capitol Records on April 4. This is not the first time Alesso and Hill have worked together; Hill previously wrote lyrics for Alesso’s track “Words.” This marks their first vocal collaboration, bringing together two of dance music’s most compelling talents.

Recently Alesso made Billboard Dance Radio history as the first international artist to achieve consecutive No. 1 hits with different songs. His 2024 launch of label Body Hi and upcoming performances at major festivals including Coachella, which will feature a special back-to-back performance with Gorgan City, demonstrate Alesso’s growing influence in electronic music.

Meanwhile, Becky Hill continues her trajectory as one of Britain’s most celebrated dance music artists. The two-time BRIT award winner’s sophomore album “Believe Me Now?” reached No. 3 on the charts, with her Sonny Fodera collaboration “Never Be Alone” topping US Dance Radio charts.

Alesso brings his progressive house foundations and pop crossover success, while Hill brings her distinctive vocal approach bridging underground authenticity while maintaining mainstream appeal.
